Can I store other items on my space when my unit is not there?  Only the unit registered on file can be stored on the premises. No other items such as equipment or accessories may be stored in your space unless arranged with TriCiti.  Car dollies are permitted.

What are your hours of operation?  TriCiti Storage is a 7 day/week facility.  For security we limit keypad controlled access from 7:00am to 10:00pm.  With prior notice access will be granted anytime if required.  We want to know who is appoaching and looking for entry to the facility at unconventional hours.  

What is your refund policy?  Refunds are not provided after your first entry to the facility.  Refunds for any reason will only be granted within 3 days of the initial booking. 

Is TriCiti Storage insured?  TriCiti Storage carries commercial liability insurance.  Insurance to protect your unit from such things as theft, hail, wind or other weather damage, loss of personal possessions is the responsibility of the unit owner. We stongly recommend carrying a package policy and/or keep a current registration on your RV.

Is TriCiti Storage secure?  TriCiti Storage is very secure!  The facility is fenced with 6ft chain-link topped with outward facing three-strand barbed wire.  There is only one entry gate that is electrically operated and both keypad and remote controlled.   Cameras monitor the owner occupied property.  Aside from these standard security measures, Triciti Storage is comfortably located far enough from highway 305 that it is difficult to see.   It is surrounded by trees and bush.  There is only one main access point with all four sides surrounded by private land with more trees and fencing. 

What does TriCiti Storage do for mouse control?   Mouse control is a shared endevour.  Mice will always be a concern for anything stored outdoors for long periods of time.  With preparation and diligence the risk of mice entering your RV can be greatly reduced.  TriCiti Storage is maintained to be as weed and grass free as possible which is one componant that invites mice.  We do not use poisons or mothballs as they are both toxic to other animals, pets and children not to mention the nasty smell.  Our location is rich with small predators that consume rodents such as coyotes, fox, hawks, falcons and owls and even roaming farm cats. We enourage all RV owners to prepare their units for storage by following some simple steps.  You can read about some techniques under "Mice Advice".  Just click here!  **Note vegatation may grow under your RV if parked for long periods of time therefor it is the responsiblity of the tenant to remove weeds if its of concern.  

Can I access my unit during winter months?  Yes!  We keep the road and high traffic areas open through out the winter as much as practical.  After a heavy snow fall or several days of extreme weather please allow time for yard to be cleared or give us a call for a report.  During the winter months when the snow remains and accumulates we will only have certain areas cleared for access.  We do not keep the area immediately in front of or behind your unit clear of snow such as the tongue area.  If you need to move your RV or trailer during the winter months be prepared to clear snow from around the hitch area and wheels.  We do offer special snow-cleared access for snowmobile trailers.  Visit our rates page for more information.

Will I always get the same spot when I return from a trip?  We do not have assigned parking.  We are assessing whether or not we will add this option based on feedback from our clients.

Is your facility gravelled?  The facility is built on an previous gravel pit so many areas have varying degrees of aggregate surface.  We continue to add aggregate gradually.

Will TriCiti Storage match prices from other storage companies?  We will always consider matching any of our competitors rates!   Consideration will only be given to insured and licensed commercial storage facilities.  Home-based businesses will not be considered.  Rates must be published regular season rates and not part of a short term promotion or heresay.   All rates must be verifieable either by written quote or proof of cost and terms.  TriCiti Storage resersves the right to refuse price matching based on uncompetitive and deeply discounted rates that do not reflect the overall market and deemed not sustainable for business.
